Simon.S aka Simon Mattson dj, producer and promoter. One of the most wanted artists in Poland, resident of Boombar Club (Szczecin) and the legendary club Piekarnia (Warsaw), which is on the top of the clubs around country since 1998. During his career he was a resident at clubs such as: Vanilla Club (2004), Starlight Cafe (2005), Prozak/Krakow (monthly 2005) or Space Club Warsaw (2007-2008), where he was an artist director. As a promoter he is resposnsible for Kissdafunk, Renaissance and Global Underground parties in Poland, he also bringed to Poland such names as: Eric Prydz, Danny Howells, Nic Fanciulli, John Digweed (gig cancelled by the artist), Cassius, Michael Gray, Seb Fontaine, Bodyrox, Sebastien Leger, Funakgenda, Martijn Ten Velden, Guy J, Jim Rivers, Rhythm Code and many more. Simon is also often guest on big parties to support international guests as Pete Tong, Deadmau5, Jonathan Ulysses, Tom Novy, Westbam, Benassi Bros. Etc. Besides playing in clubs he’s a frequent guest of many radio shows worldwide.

As for now, Simon is focused on making his own successful productions, mostly maintained in deep/ tech/ progressive house. His debut remix of Filth – “People are Sick” was released on SIC Recordings along with remix from The Buick Project (Nic Fanciulli & Andy Chatterley). His wide discography make him recognizable in electronic music society, and he has got attention from: Funkagenda, IDJ Magazine, Rob Roar, Luke Fair, Rhythm Code, Martijn Ten Velden, Bodyrox, Michael Gray, Oscar G, Nils Nurenburg (8Bit), Dualton (VIVa Music), Alex Costa (Italo Business), Trophy Twins (BBC Radio 1) and many more. In the end of 2009 he remixed Paul Thomas “Sunrise” on quality label – Starlight Music. After great reactions, Paul decides to ask for another remix for his new singel (release summer 2010). Simon.S is being busy latley in the studio – this year he signed also a new singel (in colaboration with his friend Peres) to Blackwiz Records – label owned by Sandy Rivera aka Kings Of Tomorrow who automaticly gave him an opportunity to remix his top track from the new album.

Simon is also releasing his productions under ..951 Gaspra.. project along with Tobias Manou, who was a resident of Tres Risque parties at Pacha London. Their remix of polish producer Mafia Mike – “Lately” under Nine Records was supported on Ministry of Sound radio and Kiss 100, where he was on 5th place under TOP 10 Monster Tracks on Simon Dale’s radio show. Guys are working now on a much much bigger project, which is going to be released later this year.

Summing up, Simon.S is one of the most talented polish dj/producers, and definitely one to watch !!!
